Frequently Asked Questions

I ordered a hardcover and the [cover was right, but the book inside was someone elses'] or [the book inside was right, but the dust jacket was wrong].

This is a manufacturing error and another reminder that the people printing and delivering your book are human, too. Please extend some grace to them. Unfortunately, I am unable to help from my end. I would recommend looking up instructions on how to get a replacement copy with the retailer you bought it with.

Because most people have bought my books through Amazon, I've listed the instructions on how to do this below:

Open Amazon and go to "Orders"

Click "Return or Replace item"

Click "Item defective or wrong item"

If Amazon has updated and these no longer make sense, I would recommend looking up an alternative way to replace your book. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience here, and I hope that it's all cleared up smoothly : )
